In my opinion, the best way to judge an Italian restaurant is through their Carbonara, and this one doesn’t disappoint, just the right amount of cheese and protein, this pasta was cooked to perfection. The steak was amazing, 60 days aged, prepared rare and with minimal seasoning, one of the best signs of quality meat and cut. ”

“ I have to start by saying, get the leek flan!!! This was one of the best dishes I’ve ever experienced and tasted. It was phenomenal and full of leeks, butter, truffle, and all the other goodness. The limoncello and aperol spritz were delicious. Service was attentive and friendly and they even ended our meal with a limoncello shot on the house. We sat outside on the patio for a table of 2 and it was situated amongst a street perfect for people watching. I ordered the ribollita soup & my partner and I split the steak with porcini mushrooms. Highly recommend! ”

“ One of the dish I wanted to try while I visited Florence was Bistecca alla Fiorentina but I didn't dare ordering it because the portion was just too big for me to finish. (I traveled solo.) Then I just happened to walk past this restaurant not far from Mercato Centrale and I saw a sign advertising a smaller size steak so I took a chance to try it. I was not disappointed. The steak tasted really good. There was no need of steak sauce, just a pinch of salt did it. I finished off my meal with Cantucci. What a perfect evening! ”
